We loved location and staff here.

It is a special hotel and I loved its budget rooms and attentive personnel. Strongly recommend the place, I did n't feel like leaving.

Perfect location and staff, as advertised. The room was neat on the mezzanine and had central heating, a work desk and multi-channel TV...

We liked staying in this hotel! We had a really enjoyable stay in Florence.

The place was gorgeous and clean, it had amazing staff and location.

Pretty bad views and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel is fabulous, cleanwith a nice design. Very central location, within walking distance of an open - air market. Only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Very elegant hotel with perfect staff and a fabulous restaurant. Beds and pillows in my suite were exceptionally comfortable.

The weather was wonderful, had awesome stay. Location near the cathedral and restaurants. Breakfast with juices and pastries, as example.

I loved spending time here. The hotel was clean, quaint and had very good location and staff. There was lots of food for breakfast, including eggs, cheese, cakes, yogurt and fruit.

Loved this place, it was PRETTY STANDARD. Lots of superb options for meal. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was lovely.

Large breakfast, unbeatable location, large bed. Individually decorated and very specious room with particularly nice views. Atmospheric hotel with accommodating customer service. Located near the own beach.

Location and staff at this touristic hotel were impressive.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Executive king rooms, nevertheless the view was not so great. Flawless service from the incredibly welcoming staff that we interacted with.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was a bit too soft.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and homey, beds were good. Impressive view of city. The service was friendly, all people working there were absolutely brilliant.

It was surely a delightful stay. Hotel was VERY AFFORDABLE and perfectly clean with the staff that was extremely friendly. There were a market and stores around the venue.

Pleasant location with awesome views, responsible staff. We loved a really tasty meal in the morning. Plenty of supplies in the room : coffee, WiFi and microwave.

Hotel's reception was warm. Room had a wonderful bathroom and coffee and satellite TV. Unforgettable stay, we were there for 3 days.

I had a such great stay. Original hotel, fairly clean, exceptional staff. Free breakfast with lots of food options. Really big suite and super comfy bed.

Facilities were new, nevertheless wi-fi was a bit slow.

I loved my time in this property. Quite clean, characterful hotel, fair value. Airy rooms with marvellous views! Breakfast staff has been very, very nice and super courteous. Had no problem using their private parking, the internet was reliable.

Well-located, close to city center and easy walk from the train

We really enjoyed this hotel. Perfect location, excellent breakfast. The bed was comfortable, slept good. We spent evenings at vini e delizie, situated 200 feet from the venue.

Well located, short walk from a few blocks shopping and near to station

Walking to a train station from paris was easy. Ristorante Giglio Rosso is set 200 feet away from the property. We can recommend, maybe to friends. Chilled-out base for a trip in Florence
